Delete your Idle Agekeepers account

In the game (fastest)

  1. Open Idle Agekeepers and go to Settings, then Account.
  2. Choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

This permanently erases your progress, items, rewards, username and sign-in. It cannot be undone. Purchases are not refunded.

If you no longer have the game

Email support@embergaming.studio from the address you used to sign in (or tell us your username) with the subject "Delete my Idle Agekeepers account". We may ask you to prove the account is yours. We delete it within [30] days and reply when it is done.

What is erased and what is kept

Erased: progress, username, rewards and ad records, and your sign-in. Kept: a marker with your account id only, so a late store or ad message cannot recreate the account, and [purchase records for the period the law requires].
